As per the title, the rear shelf in my C32 has got that mauve tinge to it from sunlight exposure. Is it something that can be replaced and made to look nice again or do I just live with it?

They sprayed a furry grey parcel shelf black on one episode of Wheeler Dealers, a Pug 205 I think. Looked OK too. Worth a go if it's going in the skip otherwise?

I remember that! If it stops pissing down with rain, I'll have a look at how the shelf comes out of the car, can't be too difficult.

    Cheers Bob :)

Autoglym do a black carpet spray that we use in the trade, great stuff for covering up any marks in footwells and you will be amazed after using it on parcel shelf!!!

Sounds like just the stuff I need, although the shelf is/was a dark grey but to be honest anything would look better than purple! Would you happen to know what it's actually called?

    Cheers mate :)
