Replacing rear bumper/skirt

Hi again,

Just a quickie;

Any idea how much MB would charge for supplying & fitting a rear bumper/skirt on my E220 Executive, please ?

I had a rear bump the other day, & want to give the driver a rough idea of the cost of replacing said bumper, against a repair & re-spray.

MB will charge a fortune, you'd be better off getting another bumper and having a local bodyshop repair it.

According to my local body-shop (a one man band, with fabulous results,,,, even on my Metallic Thistle green 123 estate) mine can be repaired and sprayed.

I was after a rough idea of MB, to show the idiot driver, what it could cost if I was only after an insurance job.

Of course I also have a bit of whiplash in my neck, and bazaarly my right foot/ankle,,,, as well as shock !
How can we put a value on that ?
