Repray required? Or polish

My boot looks like it reacted when it was resparyed before I brought it. I live in nottingham and looking for a place to fix this. Any help would be appreciated

It looks like paint oxidisation, it may well react well to a machine polishing, ask a local body-shop for an opinion.

Took to different garages and both said it's blistering :-( car ping back to the garage I brought it from to be sorted

Micro blistering.

Its water trapped under the paint, it will need sanding back.

Moisture in the paint - needs stripping and painting. Generally caused by water in the airline when the paint is sprayed.

Not sure rePray will work. You can try and he might end up listening and send an Angel to fix it...
