Is it worth getting the rubbing strips on the sides sprayed to match say new bumpers and skirts, or is it better to buy new rubbing strips already painted?

Opinions please...

Expensive IIRC about £40 per panel, with my old car I sprayed them myself.

The tricky part is removing the thin crome strip without breaking the clips (clips cannot be ordered separatly)

I had mine resprayed by a Fix a chip man on my W202 C200 Classic. Looked great especially since the car was already lowered and modded.

I had my car fully colour coded everything which was black is now body colour, the guy who done the car masked up the whole car then sprayed it he found it alot easier then taking everything off.
