Hi, i have a 98 e300td with air con. is it possible to retro fit climate control ?

Nothings impossible if you have enough money, but in this case almost certainly no.
Lokk at top two pics, pic 1 std set up, pic 2 climate and everything is driven by servo motors as opposed to cables.
