Retro fit passenger memory seat W208

Just seen this seat control switch set on ebay

MERCEDES W208 W210 W463 ELECTRIC SEAT SWITCH | eBay

I am wondering if this can just be a straight swap for a standard non memory switch set or if there are additional electronics in the seat that are required?
