Retro fit seats 6 & 7 to rear of new GLE

I've been considering buying a new/pre-owned MB GLE
There is a much greater choice of colours/trim/gadgets and the general condition/history of the 5 seaters GLE's

Can you retrofit seats 6 and 7 to a 5 seat version?

I've looked on the net and can't see anything. I'm guessing all of the holes for bolts for seats are there and rear seat belt holes are covered on trim.

Would strongly suggest it easier to find a 7-seater from factory. Why try and build a car that you can buy already?

Suspect the parts will be expensive, how about airbags, seat occupancy sensors etc?

Coding it to the car?

Labour for the above would make it an expensive and time consuming task I am sure.

Declaring it to your insurance company could be tricky too.

Fair enough if you had your dream car and wanted to add it as an option that didn’t exist or something, but just be patient - the right car will turn up I’m sure
