retrofit Android unit

Hi, i am looking to replace the screen of my w205 with an aftermarket android unit. As i am seeing in the forums many people are not replacing they put a box similar to the IA box. I am considering that option but i am also at this:

Merc C / GLC - Class W205 Android Widescreen Touch Screen Tesla Size (they have some reviews on youtube as well) but i have also seen this: Sistema multimedia Navisson para Mercedes clase C / GLC / V they look similar apart from the price difference.

Anybody replaced theirs? any feedback to give?
