Retrofit Command Module

Hi,
I intend to retrofit a command unit into my december2004 ML270CDI, can anybody cornfirm which model of Command unit I should fit? Is the command module with the code A163 820 36 89 the best unit to fit?

Which mapping CD should I use with the correct Command unit?

I have a cd changer in the boot do I need any extra leads to connect this up?
Which aerial should I fit and does this also require any extra leads?

Is it also possible to connect an ipod to this command module, if so do I need to purchase a specific lead for this?

I intend to do the work myself is there any guidance on the procedure to fit this unit, an idiots guide would be great.

You will need one comand unit; A163 820 36 89 is the best one for that car.
1 x loom adpater to provide reversing signal and Cd power/wakeup.
1 x antenna
1 x Teleatlas DX disk
2 x removal keys

For ipod you can use a Dension gateway 500.

Make sure the comand unit comes with the mounting plates on the sides.

Fitting is very very easy. 15 minutes tops!!!!

My Command is now fitted and working but I couldn't work out how to fit the rear support bracket A1635461643. Anyone able to advise how this is best done?
