Retuning DAB radio

Hi all,
Absolute 80s(on my DAB radio) is saying i have to re-tune my radio. Anybody have any idea how to do this?

Go to station presets and you should find the top option on the menu is Auto preset or similar. Select that and it will re tune.

Nope, that didn't work.

You can't as it automatically scans in new stations. You can only preset them
