Rev counter !

Hi guys just wondering got myself a e350cdi 2013 with 62k miles. And I notice when on p or n when u rev and the needle goes down it bounce back a little bit on rev counter. The engine runs nice and smooth its quite is it normal? I didnt notice it in previous ml350. Thanks

Just checked mine for you. (e350 cdi, 16,000 miles.) in both p and d, after revving tacho immediately returns to a smooth idle with no bounce. Hope that it helps.
