Reversing Camera kit

Hi to all the Merc lovers I'm a new member and have bought a CLS250 and was wondering if I can install a reversing camera, can I check if my car has a camera module pre-fitted or do I have to purchase the full kit. Hope someone has any help or advice.

They fitted a genuine Mercedes kit to my S212 so it works and looks like a factory fitted option, included all the necessary software updates.
