Reversing camera not woring

Hi all
need some advice regarding my reversing camera When I put my S221 into reverse the screen just comes up black with the guide lines showing The camera appears stuck in the halfway position Ideas anyone

I've read about this before, go into the engineering menu in the comand system and disable the camera.

Cycle the ignition a few times so the comand unint goes through the boot process and then re enable it again.

Failing that, it could be a loose connection somewhere.
