Reversing camera/video thru COMAND

If the answer is yes - HOW ?

Pilotc182 has COMAND-APS (assuming he is talking about the W211) - which means that the COMAND (if it has the video input, and I think all UK ones do), can be connected to a reversing camera.

I havent investigated the W211 COMAND, just the W164 ML one (which is subtly different system), and basically, it connects to a "modulator", and that connects to the camera. The modulator is only about £60+vat, and the wiring loom about £11.

So, if it is same was the W164, you can either then connect the £250 MB camera, or probably alternatives will work.

Hello Richard, I understand that the Radio/DVD/GPS screen om my 2012 ML 250 can be connected to a reversing camera (Rear visibility in my ML is not great).
Do you have any idea of the cost of such an installation including parts and labour?
