RHD Xenon Headlights!

Gentlemen,
I have only recently discovered that my Xenon Headlights are RHD.

I have had master techs look at it and they all confirm these Xenon headlights are not modifiable.

I am in the process of having the dealer re-wire my car from a US spec lighting configuration to a European one.

However, I need LHD Xenon headlights!!
Any one interested in these headlights? I need them to pay off any LHD ones i can find, unless someone has LHD and would like to swap?

I bought the headlights from a seller in Dubai. My car is a US car.
The lights came off a Japanese import R129

My electrician attempted to find out if the lights were adjustable or not and he confirmed not. Here is the video showing the dismantled lights.

However, someone recently sent me this picture attached saying that these are the knobs for adjusting the lights from RHD to LHD. Can someone confirm before I start messing with them?
