Right tail light subitute bulb message

Read other threads. But my lay out on 05 w220 is. 2 bulbs as side lights on each side , on right side one of these acts as fog as well , then above I have indicator and then brake.
So only the 4 bulbs in the rear lamp
and all is working. The message appeared after I took out the fog light bulb to get a spare .
With all working should this message
go away. I am up for m o t on Monday morning early, don’t know if they could fail me on that message .

I had that a few times in my CLK, really hard to spot as when using a substitute bulb, it would use the same substitute on the other side as well, as though all the bulbs were working as they should as everything was lit up symetrical. If not a faulty bulb, then maybe a bad earth in the light unit?
