Ring Ultra Xenon bulbs

Anyone have any dealings with these?, are they any good?, I'm thinking of fitting a set on my C Class
Is the quality reflected in the price? £14.99 (not sure if thats for a pair!)

Claim to be 60% brighter than halogen..hmmm

I don't have any info on them but I note that the Osram Siverstars won the Autoexpress shootout for bulbs, I intend to buy some.
