I believe the have moved the goal posts on the road tax also, now cars 01 and on will be hit on the road tax increase, not just 03 and on.
Where did you get that? I thought it applicable to those cars with Co2 mentioned starting in March 01 ie Y reg onward. I don't know where you get the idea starting from 03, it has been all along from 01 Mar 01.
