Roof bars s211/s212 compatability?

Does anybody know if there is any difference between the MB roof bars for the S211 and S212 models?

If it's any help the Thule systems are interchangeable across W210/211/212 estates with roofrails. Not sure if MB ones the same..

pre facelift (mine) is a different roof rail to post facelift, which look bizzarely more like 210's. So 211's have two different types.

124 ones fit with a light application of angle grinder.....(to the 'bar not the roof rail)

Thanks guys, so I guess that's a no, I need to find S211 bars specific to pre-facelift!? Or thule

I'm pretty sure that I needed wider bars when I went from 2004 w211 to 2011 w212. They only just fitted the 211 and a wider cset would suit both. I kept the Thule feet, works fine.

Don't know if MB bars are interchangeable across models but Thule definitely are.
