Roof Down, Rear Windows stay down?

Might be a silly question, I have a R172 SLK - should the rear windows be up when the roof is down?

Sorry that should be they do stay down on mine even if you try to raise them

Yes, have tried that just makes a noise but does nothing.

Based on Rctaylor1966's reply I'm thinking they are meant to just stay down.

Yes, when the roof is down so are the rear windows.

have a look at my pics (change from w204 to r172 thread) the rear windows being up would look weird
