Roof rack for a E300TD, will those fit?

Yes mate they are the ones, why do you always seem to make life difficult for yourself, If you want them just Bid! , 12 quid postage is reasonable they are quite wieldy.

Don't make it difficult for myself at all, as money is trully tight I rather get them cheaper as they'll be handy but are not necessary. That's all. When no money, no honey...
This is why I look at the cheapest option if not necessary especially that I just bought a set of 2 tires that were not planned at all. It might sound odd for the mercedes drivers but I have no money and I got this car as I can run it on veg, couldn't afford to run this on diesel, I am actually surprised that some run those on diesel, the bill must be enormous

Why do you think they wouldn't fit your W210? You do have the saloon? Then the ad. is very clear.

I got mine on ebay 3 years ago for less than that because there was no key. But coincidentally the key to my Thule top box worked. Oh and I am now getting averages of about 37mpg, and diesel is only 1p dearer than petrol.

I asked the seller and he wasn't sure, this is why I prefered to ask, then he add up more pictures with the W210. I do the same average but it cost me less then 10 pound to fill up as I do a blend. Still bloody expensive but better then 70 I guess.

Thats a very good price i bought mine of a member on here, they really are very good quality and defo worth the money.

Look same as mine for saloon w210.

Have used them a couple of time so far and each time you are saving on delivery costs, plus they will take 100kg most racks are 50kg.

Any ideas if these will fit my 1998 300TD E class saloon - doesn't have any rails as such just those flat black strips length ways.

So they're for a W211, you have a W210, so they're the wrong ones.

Yup, saw that but a lot of these are universal, for example the '94 C class rails fit the E class up to 2002.

I haven't quite got my head around the different types though hence the question.
