Rough idle and hesitation on acceleration

Hi all,

My '03 E220 CDi has the following issues.
- Long starting
- at times idle goes up and down, at times it is fine.
- Acceleration is also poor. when I press the accelerator, i have to wait for the car to start moving - on higher revs its fine and reaches the rev limiter easily.
- poor fuel economy - 20mpg in city and 24/25 at 75mph cruising.

Please help. I'm thinking its the MAF? can anyone please provide me with the part number for the MAF?
