Need help avoiding marathon traffic!

Anyone got suggestions for the best route from Islington towards tunbridge wells?

Where will I be least likely to hit traffic - east or west? I assume west is best

Head north on the A41 until you hit Apex Corner in Mill Hill then shoot up the A1 and join the M25 and go via the bridge.

We are going to my sisters in Caterham on Sunday and that’ll be my wife’s route from our place in Mill Hill. I’m cycling there.

Hmm for some reason I thought that dartford crossing will be traffic heavy …

You never know with that place. Google maps or Waze will be better.
