Running hot in traffic R170 2.3K 1997

Hi

Can anyone help, my engine temp on my R170 2.3k 1997 was running at 95deg C into traffic today it usual runs at 80degC, running fine on motorway, ive had a couple of niggling electrical problems with corroded wiring. I dont believe the radiator cooling fan is working. The heater in the car is fine and the car warms up as usual in about 5mins on a cold day.



Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Check your radiator for rust and radiator fan speed maybe faltering. At high speeds the radiator is auto cooled by the fast flowing air which is not the case in traffic
