That is a £69,000 car that Mercedes UK say will be worth £39,000 in 2 years time.

Contract cars were offering a 350d AMG lwb for £399+ vat a couple of weeks ago. Put the price up to £427 this week still cheap. However I have been offered a new S 350 AMG with lots of extras list at £81k for £58k no wonder they can hire them cheap.

This makes a complete mockery of list prices. I bought a new CLS in 2014 with £ 15k off and I got my fully loaded C350e for £ 33k against a list of £ 43k after Grant. All very satisfying getting a big discount but company car tax is on the mythical list.
