S Class Rust Warranty

Right as many of you know i have just bought a 2001 s class i hear there is a 30 year anti corrosion warranty on it do you know the conditions of this? i.e. fully serviced at the correct mileage or its void?? the car only has one small spot of rust on the rear passenger door, arches are perfect. if they wont warrant it it looks like an easy job to do myself.

thought that may be the case tbh, its only a tiny spot so will attack it as soon as i get the car down here, catch it early n all that

Waxoyl the rest of the car this summer. Get the inner arches really clean and use some hammerite underbody seal, paying careful attention to the areas behind the wheel arch lip.
