S124 Central locking Weirdness

Hi Guys,

Got a bit of a weird issue and unsure how to troubleshoot. My S124 central locking only locks and no longer opens using the Remote, So i have to unlock passenger side then open internally then the Central locking unlocks?!?! The fact that it unlocks shows the system works, but the remote being able to lock it shows that the IR/Remote is working.

Remote: Only locks
Central locking works manually.

Any idea where to start with this, its super annoying. Thanks in advance

I would guess the control module mounted above the central locking pump is faulty.

Depending on how original you want the car, I've wired in an aftermarket central locking kit to a few cars to get around this issue.
