Hi, My 1996 S202 C230 instrument gauges have stopped working. It has been sitting for 2 months and when I started it up, none of the gauges moved but everything else seemed ok. Here's a summary to help explain the situation:
I haven't driven it yet as I've got to do some work to it like coolant flush & brake bleed (rad & ABS pump was removed).
I've probed the fuse box for continuity in spare wheel area and the two fuse boxes in the engine bay. All are ok.
Any advice on what it could be is appreciated.

- Indicators are OK
- Odometer and clock ok.
- Fuel gauge stuck at 0. No reserve light showing.
- Temp gauge stays at 40 even after 20 minutes of idle
- No handbrake light when handbrake applied.
- I haven't noticed any lights turn on when key was inserted (oil pressure, SRS)
- Tachometer stays ay 0 even when revving.
