I was passenger in the rear of my 2016 S205 C250d Premium Plus at the weekend and I could hardly hear the hi-fi in the rear.
The hifi in the car was set on surround sound (front) and the speakers were set centre (0 F/ 0R Fader) , but it was so quiet , I thought the rear speakers were not working.
I had a play and set the f/r fader to -7 (rear bias and it was strong,, but the front was almost non existent I've since had a play with the fader etc, and I've now settled on F&R surround and -4 fader, bias to the rear.
it seems odd the Fader has to be so heavily biased to the rear to provide a reasonable audio all round the car.
is this common - or sound unreasonable / unusual?
(the car is 95% front occupied only) .
thanks
G
