S211 E320 oil confusion

I've searched on here and google what oil to put in my 56 plate 07 s211 E320, I've settled on mobil 1esp oil but bit confused on viscosity, either 0w 40 or 5w 30, I'm thinking it's 5w 30 but could anyone confirm this please, car is on 166000 miles if that makes any difference, thanks

Don't seem to be finding a 5w40 in mobil 1, just 0w40

Think you'll find that is OK, I uses Mobil 1 0W-40 in all my cars, including the E46 with 180k. At each years MOT, our local mechanic spends about 5 mins listening to the engine, saying how smooth running it is.

It's not the low-temp viscosity that matters in a high-mileage engine, it's the high-temp. 40 is better than 30, so 0W-40 will be fine.
