S212 bench seats

Just a quick question - do I need to remove the roller cover from back of the car for the fold out seats in the back to fit properly? They don't seem to sit up properly with the roller in place.

What does the manual say?

I would have thought it could stay in place, but mine hasn't got 7 seats .

There's a photo in the brochure I've got and the loadspace cover cassette does seem to be in place, though it's a small photo.
