S280 model year 2003

Hi all.
New to me S280 has a dead instrument panel. There is nothing at all, the speedo isn't working although the rev counter works. No warning lights come on when the key is turned . I have read the codes and a photo is attached.
Could someone shed some light on this problem please.
Where is the control module?

I believe there is fuse for IC, have you checked ti.. though rev counter probably wouldn't work is fuse is blown. It is not unheard clusters fail. Be careful get precisely same part number if you go 2nd hand, and it will need viriginized and coded to work fully.
