S500 coupe Indicators on all time

Hi everyone
I have a 1995 S500 coupe the LHD indiicator is flashing all the time. The only way to stop it is to switch the RHD indicator on.
I have checked all the bulbs on the LHD side of the car and they are all working.
Anybody know where the relay is on this car.

Just thinking on this there is more chance of the fault being within the stalk than in the relay

I think what happens on the stalk is that they can break down and leak across the contacts, its an airbag and steering wheel off job, but not difficult

I would also say the stalk too.
