Sap to Comand

Want to use sap with sim in the unit.
On command get to page saying 'searching for sap module'
I'm pressing button on too of module and the blue light flashes quickly.
But after a while the command says 'module not found'
I've tried it with the sim in and sim out same thing happens.
No instructions came with sap so at a loss how to pair?
Anyone help

A AMG Sap v2? Not sure! - the latest one - it's rectangular top and in cross section front top part a section presses down which lights up a blue button - fits in cradle in 2013-on A class, mines AMG with command - that help??

Had another look at it it's V4 still can't get it to pair with command or find any instructions

Why are you pairing the BT SAP adapter with the COMAND? If I remember right, the "contact plate" needs to be paired but that must have been done for you already at the factory.

If you put a SIM card to the SAP device, the BT of the SAP would not be used. If you don't have a SIM card inserted, then you need to pair the SAP device with a BT SAP capable phone (instructions posted above).
