Sat Nav recommendation

Sat Nav in my Avensis can only take 4 way points (points that you tell it the route must take) but you cannot tell it to avoid points e.g. M25!

I've took a quick glance at Tom Tom units and the basic ones at any rate don't appear to be able to specify points it must take on the route (e.g. routes you know are less congested)

So my desired feature set is;

- Input of way points perhaps 8+
- Input of 'avoid' points
- Effective traffic warning
- Route calculation of 'optimised fastest route' (bro in law's Tom Tom knows the speed limits for each road) so I guess an intelligent fast route calculation would factor in the maximum speed limits of the roads

My Avensis sat nav has a non subscripton traffic warning system but fails to pick most, even on M25 (major area of coverage). But when it works it shows miles to congestion and how long the queues are or the estimated delay.

Does such a unit exist?
