Today I took my car to Milton Keynes Mercedes-Benz to have its Sat Nav software updated. Now with out checking what version of maps I had on my car they looked at some Mercedes data base that said my car was up to date. Yet I have a document from the last time car was updated that says I am on Version 6 2016/2017 maps. So when I asked if they had actually looked at my car they said no we looked on this Merc data base and it said you are up to date and we do not understand how I am not on the version that their data base says.
I am not impressed I now wonder if any of my software versions are correct.
Just looking at the document I was given to me to show which version I have installed in my car I see it says current version installed is version 6 2016/2017 and the it say I can have version 10 or 11 installed. How this becomes this is what I have installed is one of pure incompetence.
