Sat Nav Volume

I recently purchased a 02 W220 and I'm having a problem with the sat nav i.e. when the voice directions are coming through you can barely hear them. I've tried the obvious of turning up the volume and all that happens is the radio gets louder meaning you can't hear anything at all. I don't have the hand book for the sat nav so I don't if I am being totally thick.

Anyone any ideas what the problem could be

Did you turn it up during the Nav speaking?

you know to push the volume button in and turn to do the Nav volume dont you???

As they say... input a destination and turn up the volume whilst 'she' is speaking.
If you miss it press the left button in and she will repeat herself and turn it up then.

You can adjust the volume of the satnav + or - against the radio volume in the COMAND settings SOUNDS menu.
