I have recently brought a ml 280 it has a command unit. It had no sat nav disc so I brought one but it's still not working can anyone give me some advise please jo

What model Nav?
What happens when you insert the disc?
What messages do you see?
Did it work before you bought it?

Sorry it comes up with navigation not detected. The man told me when I brought it all I needed to do was buy the disc which I have done , but still not working the DVD part does not work either jo

Maybe the seller was lying and Command Nav not fitted? Could it just be a Radio /Cd Audio 20 unit?
