Satnav map update

Hi folks
How do I update my satnav on my 2016 GLE 250D 4MATIK ?
Currently installed 2015/2016 (V4) Europe.
Can I do it myself or is it a dealer job?

Did your car not come with 3 years free upgrades? My map updates have been installed by the dealer when the car is in for a service.

If the car was factory-equipped with COMAND, then it also came with 3 years free updates.

Talk to your MB dealer.

My dealer seems to be incapable of updating my satnav. Third service due soon so I'm going to have another go!

The dealer should update your maps. The entitlement is transferable to the new owner.

MB dealer just replied, car booked in next week for full day, courtesy car provided

They did ask if I requested it to be updated when it was serviced in May, I said no.... thought they would have done it as a matter of course ? "Some people don't use the Satnav , that's why we don't do it automatically " was the answer

Is the latest map 17/18 or 18/19 ?
