Need some advice please...

My drivers side window has got the dreaded dirt/gravel stuck between the glass/rubber trim which has meant that the times my electric window has been used has caused quite a wide scratch mark running from the top of the glass to the bottom. Any ideas if there are any products which could remedy this or do I need a new side window. Its not even that bad but annoys me everytime I see it :(

I'm aware I can get this replaced through my insurance for a £50 excess but I would feel like I was cheating as its not cracked in any way.

Cheers,
Steve

What you mean accidently on purpose? :D

We have a guy around here that will do window tinting and claim for a windscreen ;)

When both of the side windows on my car were changed for what appear to have been similar scartches, the window company felt that they had been scratched by a vandal ;o)
