Scratches on wood trim?

Anyone know any good polishes/techniques to remove light scratches from my interior wood trim? The p/o must have had the £5 car wash people wipe the inside with their clothes with grit in them....

They are very minor but it’s driving me insane and I’m close to ordering new wood for it from MB would rather a cheaper solution Lol

Have called them. They seem to know their stuff! Going to send over pics for an estimated cost

I bought some meguiars scratch X to try to polish out the light swirl marks on my interior. Then I was gonna wax it. I got the idea from this video, but I haven’t done it yet - weather is too awful to be outside:
