SD card included or not?

I have a 2017 c class cab and my satnav is working and functioning however there is no SD in the slot !! should there be one ?

The entry-level infotainment system, Audio20, does not have built-in navigation, and uses the Garmin Map Pilot navigation that resides on an SD-Card.

If your car has the higher-end infotainment unit, COMAND Online NTG5*2, then the navigation software and maps reside on an internal hard disk drive, and no SD-Card is needed.

An exec pack adds Garmin nav, heated seats and parking sensors, so it should definitely have a card
