SD card problem

Has anyone had issues with SD cards on the latest Merc Comand system?

I've got an SD card with speed cam POI's on it which worked just fine in our GLE. The same SD card in the GT doesn't work - 'Personal POIs' under the Nav menu is constantly greyed out and when you try and select it from the Media menu it says there's no card inserted. It won't recognise any SD card so am I missing something or is it a trip to the dealer?

Yes, it has happened to me on a number of occasions and so far I could not find a clear pattern. However, I have noticed that if I format the same card again using the FAT32 format generally it gets recognised and I can access all the POIs . It might be worth to give it a try...

Thank you, I shall do that.

I forgot to say, after not working since I got the car, it did actually work this morning for a few minutes.....then reverted back to nothingness. So will try formatting again.
