search not working on forum

evening all ,

anybody having problems with the search not working ? type in and click search and it takes me to a blank page

i am using firefox

also same on advanced search ??

yes new posts is working mate

Strange as it is also a search feature.

I just tried on chrome and it works fine. Do you have another browser you can try?

EDIT: I just tried FF and it works

just checked , searches ok for certain stuff and also checked with chrome

could somebody try searching for

w204 steering wheel

whenever i type that it doesnt like it ?

Agreed, as soon as I add "wheel" to the search string I just get a white screen...

W204 - fine
W204 steering - fine
W204 steering wheel - white screen...

Yep agree. As a work around great, my only concern is why? What's the different mechanism between the former and the latter ...search engine? Is it indicative of something not quite right?
