Seat memory in smart key?

Hello Guys and Gals,

Was just wondering am looking to buy another S320CDi, however this car doesnt have the 3 memory buttons on the door, but has the electric seats in the back so i assume quite a high end model. Would the seat positions be memorised in the key themselves?

Is it possible to have only the drivers door with the 3 seat memory and not the passenger?

I presume the car you are looking at is a LWB. They all have electric rear seats.
