seat not working

hi the passanger seat on my clk wont move at all fuses are all ok anyone have an ecu for the seat think thats the problem

Does the passenger window and the wing mirror work?
I have been having problems with this too, I may have a unit that will work if it is the same one.
Do you have a part number?

window and mirror both ok just seat car in garage at moment so dont have part no:bannana:

Have you removed the door card and checked that the wires from the switches to the door control unit are connected

some one seems to have played with it before me as just brought the car and the ecu is lying under the seat not in its case thats why i think its the ecu
