Second Generation C220 cdi.

Hi. I'm new to Mercedes Benz and would really appreciate some feedback regarding the second generation C220 cdi. My wife needs a new car and I'm considering this vehicle for her. The reviews seem very reasonable. Does anyone have any experience with this particular model?

Am new to the club but have had my A170 for a few years and recently bought a used W203 estate. So far so good. Drive is brill and the sports option gives a it a nice look. Plus i regularly get 40+ mpg on motorway. My only worry is discovering that the diesel particle filter cost a lot of money. Going through the receipts it's already being changed once. So I just hope the right low ash oil was used.
