I think that the £25 for the postage is actually the transfer of title fee.

£25 is the DVLA fee to add a nominee to the certificate (it is currently on cert) then transfer to the nominees vehicle is free.

I'm selling because I have a different plate on the car...!

I will include a pair of plates btw!!
