Send Destinations from Google Maps to Comand Navigation

The latest MBUX navigation systems include native support for What 3 Words which is really excellent for pinpointing locations that don’t coincide with features such as a postal address or road junction.

Yes that is a neat feature.

Any ideas why finding a business via Mercedes me app doesn't find the same places that Google can find?

Should have read the post properly instead of just glancing through.
Problem solved for me

Once you are used to it, it is almost as fast as the direct method. Definitely much faster when it does not exist on the Mercedes map!

Going by google they have permanently closed, so that could be the reason it doesn’t show up. As I said I can only speak for myself, when I have had to use MM, never had an issue.

It's not the reason, I had to go to a local animal rescue place yesterday to donate some stuff.
MM couldn't find it either, and I personally have several other examples.

I have done a trip to Amsterdam, Belgium and Germany, when it was faultless, apart from that I use it the odd time in London, but yes generally don't venture very far.

To be honest I have also used the Google map option when I have been doing a search, and yes it does work.

By the way, I am not saying it is better, just a lot easier for the average person to get to places that are not covered by MM.

Wonder if you can help (or anybody else)...I'm getting a message from an Android phone, 'unable to send address, try again later'. Can you make any suggestions as to why? My car is over 3 years old, but I haven't renewed any of the paid subscriptions. Could this be why? My car is a 2017 W205 with Comand.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated and welcome.

Guessed as much! So I'll stick with some Brodit clips and Google Maps then and get my updates there.
