Sensitive alarm or what

Edna's alarm has just gone off four times in the past hour. It's never happened like this before, so the last time I went out, unlocked her and opened the door having a thought as to what it might be, and sure enough there the little blighter was - a wee spider spinning a web hanging from the roof on it's way to the gear stick. Not anymore it's not!!

Shows how sensitive the sensors can be though.

aaaaaaargh don't say that. I could just about cope with the one that I saw, any bigger and I'd be screaming louder than Edna - or maybe that's it - she's screaming - she's scared of 'em too - poor baby

Just a thought, have you checked all your door switchs, I have in the past found them to be faulty. Just have a look at them and see if all of them push in properly. Check all doors and bonnet and boot.

It was deffo the spider - alarm didn't go again once it was gone . I was actually in the process of checking the boot and doors etc when I found it

Sadly Patrick - it wasn't a money spider - was bigger than that - in fact I was very brave come to think of it - for me

I have never heard of a little spider causing such a fuss on a Forum.

Just clean Edna more often Pam and it will be fine.
